1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on next working day (Monday).

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We deliver across all major cities of Pakistan using:

  • TCS

  • Leopards Courier

  • M&P (Call Courier)

  • Pakistan Post (for remote areas)

Free shipping: Available on wholesale orders above Rs. 5,000 (within Pakistan).

3. International Shipping (From Pakistan to Other Countries)

We currently ship internationally to limited countries.
Please contact us before placing an international order.

  • Shipping carriers: Pakistan Post (EMS), DHL, or Leopards International.

  • Delivery time: 10–25 business days depending on destination.

  • Customs & import duties: Payable by the buyer (not included in our price).

  • FashionHub Wholesale is not responsible for customs delays or seizure.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan Only

  • COD is available for selected Pakistani cities.

  • COD orders require phone verification before shipping.

  • A small COD fee of Rs. 150 may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipment (Pakistan)

If your parcel is:

  • Lost – Contact us within 7 days. We will file a complaint with the courier.

  • Damaged – Take unboxing video and share within 48 hours of delivery.

We will reship or refund after courier investigation (may take 10–15 days).

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your complete address with landmark and correct phone number.

  • If a parcel returns to us due to wrong address, you will pay additional Rs. 200–400 for re-shipping.

8. Wholesale Bulk Orders (Special Shipping)

For wholesale orders above 50kg or 200+ units:

  • Contact us directly for negotiated shipping rates via TCS Cargo or Freight.
